Do you combine shipping?
Yes, when it can be done safely. I would not be able to do so with large/heavy pieces of glass,etc. When you make a purchase of more than one item, the total shipping will be charged and I will refund any excess charges.

Do you require insurance?
Insurance is necessary for rare or very expensive items and is included in the shipping cost.

If I'm local, can I arrange for pick up instead of shipping?
Absolutely! I'm located in Anahuac, Texas, about half way between Houston and Beaumont. Zip me an e-mail to make arrangements.

Do you accept returns?
Not unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Most of my items are pre-owned and described as accurately as possible including any flaws. Questions prior to purchase are encouraged.

When and how do you ship?
I normally ship next day on items paid for with electronic payments through Google or Paypal (excluding weekends/holidays). Money order payments take a little longer to verify but items are shipped as soon as payment clears. If there will be a delay for any reason, I will contact you immediately to let you know the reason and the anticipated shipping date. I ship USPS and include tracking numbers for your convenience. "We're green when we're postal!"

My item arrived broken - now what?
I pack very carefully but sometimes things happen - glass gets broken. Glass items are always insured before shipping. If yours arrives broken, please contact me immediately for instructions and refund information.
